As a customer of Juwelier Alen, you have a statutory right of revocation of 14 days from receipt of your order, which can be found under Revocation / Returns. Within this period, you can return your order without stating reasons. The item must be in its original, unused condition and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us by email before returning the item so that we can make the process as easy as possible for you.
